DO WE REALLY NEED TO SLEEP?

Abstract

Have you ever think about the reason of why we need to sleep? According to my research, our daily sleeping affect to our
day and life. For example, if you didn’t get enough sleep, you can feel that something is incomplete, and you will be misfocused all that day. I did some research about this question and found so many new interesting facts which I’m going to share with you. While scientists are still working to identify and clarify all of the functions of sleep,12 decades of studies—many of which have used the method of disrupting sleep and examining the consequences—have confirmed that sleep is necessary for our healthy functioning and even survival.
